YMX Review and Giveaway-Closed

YMX sent me a few items to review and review them I did.  When I pulled the clothing out of the box the first thing I noticed was the material, it felt like a soft, tissue weight t-shirt.  My thought was how in the world will this wick sweat?  I did a little looking and this is what I pulled from the YMX site about the fabric:

Fabric: MadKool ® 92% Polyester 8% Spandex

Properties: "UV protection SPF 50+, permanent moisture wicking by yarn, abrasion resistant, soft hand"

Fit: "slim fit, wear one size up for relaxed fit"

The MadKool fabric amazing!  I took the Maori Cycling Jersey out of a few runs and it was wonderful, especially when it was warm and I could unzip the jersey to cool off.  Since it is summer, when I run outside I sweat a lot.  When I tried the jersey I knew I was sweating, but I didn't realize how much until I got home.  My shirt was soaked, but I didn't even realize it.  You couldn't see sweat lines on the shirt as well, which is an added bonus to those of us who sweat a lot.  I did ask ADP to be my photographer and he got a few pictures of the Maori Dragon Cycling Jersey.  The back has an awesome dragon design.  I have only one con to share, if I wore a lower cut pair of running shorts then the bottom of the jersey crept up and I finally tucked the front in to keep my belly covered.

I also have this Tribal Sea Running Tee that I love!  It fits perfectly.

The other item YMX sent is the Maori Stripe Bolero that I have worn it a few times.  When it arrived I had no idea what it was (I'm not fashion forward), but I tried it out.  It is made from the same material as the the rest of the items I have.  Perfect for running!  The weather is getting cooler and the one thing I'd love the bolero to have is thumb holes for when I wear it running.  However, I did not want any thumb holes when I wore the bolero to the soccer field.  The fields are always breezy and it was cool in the morning when we left the house.  I got a lot of compliments on the bolero.  Soccer day:

Once I was warm from running around on the soccer field with the kids it was easy to take off and store in ADP's bag for the rest of the day.  I will definitely add this to my running and outdoor wardrobe.
