Well, that sure is some good advice. Pointy foods and running really don't go well together. I'm glad you didn't opt for Doritos or there may have been an emergency! :)
thanks for the tip! Too funny - what in the world made you eat Lays Potato chips WHILE running. As you said - you were trying to get enough salt - next time I need salt I won't try chips!
Hey!!! You were on tv in Albany :) They did a short story on me and since I"m not there pulled pictures from my website. The one of the 2 of us is the first one in the slide. http://www.fox23news.com/mediacenter/local.aspx Look at the "Local sports videos"... "Stephanie Arango Keeps Running"
I've never thought about running with a bag of chips, maybe i should try it next time I take to the mountain... (I have been known to take a beer with me.)

Good to know! Thanks for sharing.
Oh boy, I think I would have thrown up if I ate those during a run!! Good job with the 7.77 miles though!
Ah yes ... my kind of race fuel!
Love that you tried to eat chips while running!

How do you carry them??
Thank you for the tip! During my runs I never eat something I haven't tried before: lesson learned 20 years ago.
I dont thing I would choose chips as a fuel food. But at least you tried something different. Way to go on that 7.77 miles.
LOL I wouldn't have ever thought of Lays chips. Sounds like it made for an interesting run!! :0)
