You love your Sweaty Bands

Wow, you love your Sweaty Bands and giveaways!!!  Welcome to all the new followers.  I hope to get around to your blogs this week...once I get the yard back in shape after all the heat and rain we've had.  It is an honor to have you reading my blog.

As predicted, nothing terribly exciting today happened while running.  I ran 4.42 mils on the treadmill at a much slower pace than yesterday.  I didn't do a good job stretching this weekend (as in I did NONE) and my hams, lower back, and ITB are letting me know all about it.  I think today will be a stretching and mowing day.

Week plans:
Monday:  4 miles (done)
Tuesday:  6 miles
Wednesday:  rest/walk
Thursday:  5 or 6 miles
Friday:  4 miles
Saturday:  rest/walk
Sunday:  Maddie run

I was just thinking about how my legs were letting me know I ran 5 miles- its a good ache!!!

I think I just said that in my post, ...I love my sweaty band! Who knew a headband could be so nice as in unnoticed all day long?!

I am not consistent with my stretching either and this weekend was all about surviving (and not missing a day - ekkk, not the healthiest attitude I know).

Great schedule for the week. One day done!
