We just started school and it is already affecting my running schedule. I was supposed to run four miles this morning and seven tomorrow morning, but we have no where to be until 11 today so I switched my runs. I’ll survive and it is good to be flexible.
I am happy that I took yesterday off. My legs were really tired after Saturday’s 10-miler. My hip-flexor is doing well after some stretching. The only problem with running seven miles on a weekday: I have to run it on a treadmill. Thankfully I had a lot of movies to choose from on Netflix Instant Watch.
